SUP

Stand Up Paddleboarding is a fantastic way to experience the sea that has become incredibly popular in recent years. If it’s calm, paddle out a bit, lie down on the board, and become one with the elements. Just you and the horizon. Pure therapy. In a fresh breeze, you get a solid full-body workout.

Is it difficult? - On a reasonably calm day, not at all. You’re up and going in ten minutes, after twenty your balance kicks in, and after an hour it feels like you’ve never done anything else. But if the sea—yes, we say that even for the ocean—is choppy, it’s nearly impossible, even for experienced paddlers.

We have around twenty boards in different sizes that are easy to handle. A life jacket is included in the rental.

Perspective

From a SUP board, the views change. You can reach places you otherwise wouldn’t and gaze at the coastline from the sea. It offers different perspectives. When you stand on water, the world feels a little different. You just have to dare to try. We’ll help you get started.

Everyone!

Well, that might not be entirely true. We still think you should be able to swim. But once that’s settled, SUP is a perfect family activity. An adult and a child can share a board. Pack some 'fika' in a plastic bag, seal it, bring it along, paddle out into the sunset, and have your snack on the board. It becomes an experience the kids will remember long after they’ve stopped being kids. Give them a summer memory to hold close for a long time.
